The first day to kicking your ass

Hi everyone - although we began this processs January first, some of us are a little slower than others. I got my kick in the pants some time earlier this week, when something really hit me - and hard.  I got an infection in my toe. I know, sounds silly, but I needed antibiotics, and we had a "snow day" here, and I couldn't get ahold of my doc, so I went to a little CVS Minute Clinic, and Tia came with... while in there the doctor asked my weight, and I had to say it outloud... in front of her!! So, that was my slap in the face - maybe it was 2 months late, but I am here to kick everyone's ass now.
  I am too competitive for my own good, and I don't feel the push so much all the way out here, so I thought a little trash talking would help! So, here you are at my first installation of the blog that was soley created to talk smack and egg on my competition!!

I plan on listing my workouts daily, and linking to my Daily Plate so everyone can see if I've been good or bad!!

The first reason I am going to EASILY whoop some butt in this contest is because...
