The steps I took today TWYA

Cardio - 4 mile hike with the boys
Upper body free weight training
Crunches on the ball

Diet was good... except I did cave in to 1/2 cup of mac 'n cheese - considering it would usually have been about 6 times that much, and I had LOTS of calories to spare still at dinner, I went for it! YUM!

I don't know how to link directly to my diet  - but I am logging everything I eat on Livestrong.com - username divaunderneath.  You should be able to look me up - I'm looking for a way to post my work out and food without having to type it all in here -

Hope everyoned did great today - even if I am still gonna WYA!! :-)
