Anyway tell my your name on there and I'll make ya my "friend":-) Rochelle just told me there is some biggest loser competition thing at the Lenawee Christian Centre that starts the beginning of January and it's like $29. I'm going to check on it. Maybe 2010 will rock :-)
This go around it is to encourage each other to take small steps to getting healthier. Simple things. Baby steps. They will all add up and become life long habits. We have to say LIFE LONG because there has been a lot of "unhealthy" going on within our family lately - and none of us are immune. So, drink some extra water, take the stairs, do sit ups during the commercials of your favorite show, eat broccoli instead of brownies... we can do it!
