It's game on AGAIN for all of us trying to win the battle of the bulge this holiday season! Today is the official start of our
Booster Club*. Let's all start just by doing something simple like taking a walk, or whatever doesn't seem
too threatening. I mean, it is day one, and a Sunday - right?! Plus, no early burn out this time! Goal here is no weight gain over the holidays, to improve our health, and anything else is a bonus;
just like the cherry on top of a hot fudge cake from Big Boy.... crap! There I go again!!

Ok, day 1 and I got my body out of bed and onto the treadmill. Remind me again how great it feels!! Actually, that's my plan. I'm going to keep telling myself that I feel better!!
ReplyDeleteWell, I think I actually figured out how to sign in and even write a comment! Whahoo! I got out of bed, fixed my meds and mom's for the next two weeks, had a wheat englich muffin with peanut butter on it for breakfast, sent out an e-mail to the cousins and then realized I never changed my clocks! Whahoo, it isn't after twelve, it's only a bit after eleven! Well, I haven't exercised in any way yet, but at least I'm here..just being honest.
ReplyDeleteAll right guys. I never did anything yesterday. I am ready for the fifty lashes with a wet noodle! Today I did something I have not done in a long long time. I used the stairs at work. Hope that counts as a start.
