I got you by a bunch
Hey girl, you found Jillian, that's great! But I found her about 2 months ago. So I got a jump on you but I do have to say that if you stick to her you will be amazed by the results!!!! And you will definately have a better chance. But like I said I already found her and am quite a bit ahead of you, so this will definately get more interesting!!! You have a fight on your hands girl and it has been quite a while since I was on the receiving end of an ass whoopin :) By the way there is not a name in the book I have not called Jillian during her workouts. Be ready to work your ass off! I suggest the 30 day shred first, 10 days for each level and you won't get bored. hint use 3lb wights, no more. I started with 5s and she doesn't tell you until another video that she only uses 3s. The other workouts are quite a bit harder. Good luck!

Naw, I've been a follower for about 2 or 3 years, even was a member of her paid site for a while... but, just now buying all her crap. Gonna try to make it work for me. She has a great radio show that you can download to your iPod or listen to on the internet too, for free.
ReplyDeleteNow, if only I could get that stupid knee to cooperate I'd be READY!(I hate it when the bionics fail:)) Had somewhat of a relapse this weekend. I felt pretty good this morning, but it's slowly deteriorating again! UGGHH!! My frustration level is through the roof... :-( I may just have to have my ass handed to me again this month... time will tell! :-)
